Article 2 – Object of the Contract

The purpose of this contract is to determine the rights and responsibilities of the contracting parties (buyer and seller), in accordance with the regulations in force on distance contract procedures and application bases (n°29188), as well as the law on consumer protection (n°6502) regarding the distance selling and delivery of goods and services via the website www.turquoise-dress.com.

The online sales services of www.turquoise-dress.com to any natural person (individual) or legal entity (company) are governed by these general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) which the customer undertakes to respect. Turquoise reserves the right to modify the GTC of the website www.turquoise-dress.com at any time. The modifications are valid from the day they are posted on the website www.turquoise-dress.com.

The buyer accepts and declares in accordance with the provisions of this contract that they acknowledge all preliminary information about the goods/service subject to sale, delivery conditions, payment type, and the main qualities of the products.

The invoice displayed on the payment page at the time of ordering on www.turquoise-dress.com and the information provided by the customer constitute integral parts of this contract.

Article 3 – Date of Contract

This contract, made in two copies, and previously accepted by the seller, is accepted by the buyer upon their final acceptance materialized by the validation of their banking details (credit card number, expiration date, and security code). A copy of this contract will be sent to the customer at the customer’s email address if requested.

Article 4 – Delivery

The order will be delivered to the customer’s address (mentioned during the creation of the customer account) or to any address that the customer will have mentioned when placing their order.

The delivery costs are borne by the buyer, and they are added to the price of the product(s) in the order.

Delivery costs may be waived during promotional campaigns or special offers. In this case, the customer will be informed personally via the email address provided during the creation of their customer account, or directly on the website www.turquoise-dress.com.

Regarding delivery costs, www.turquoise-dress.com reserves the right to implement, cancel, or modify all promotional offers and special offers at any time, and without notice.

Article 5 – Declarations and Commitments of the Buyer

At the time of receiving their package, the buyer undertakes to carefully examine the packaging, as well as the items, in the presence of the delivery person. If, however, it happens that the items are damaged, the packaging torn, and defective, the buyer undertakes not to accept it. Any received item will be considered in good condition. If the buyer intends to return or exchange an item, it must remain in perfect condition.

No unpacked item, without tags worn, can be returned. In this case, the buyer must attach to the exchange or return form that they will have received by email. Note that return costs will be borne by the buyer.

In the event of non-payment of the order, the customer undertakes to return the entire order to the buyer within 3 (three) days, at their own expense.

Article 6 – Declarations and Commitments of the Seller

The seller undertakes to deliver the product(s) subject to the order in a complete and good condition. The seller cannot be held responsible for any additional delivery delays applied by the delivery company or for any damages or incidents that the latter may cause to the products or their delivery.

Article 7 – Specifications of the Goods or Services subject to the contract

The type and nature, quantity, brand/model, color, and selling price as well as information on the taxes of the goods or service appear on the website www.turquoise-dress.com and are an integral part of this contract.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal

The buyer can exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days following the receipt of their order. Each decision to withdraw must be manifested by phone or email to our customer service (see “contact us” section) on www.turquoise-dress.com. The products received must be in perfect unused condition. A product without tags or packaging will not be accepted.

In order to proceed with the exchange of a product, the customer must attach the original purchase invoice to the product as well as the form that will be sent to them by email or directly in the package. Shipping costs belong to the buyer.

The exchange will be considered as a new order in terms of conditions and deadlines.
