Your Turquoise Dress order does not give you complete satisfaction, you can return it to us by proceeding as follows:

1. Within 14 days of receiving the package, you must send it to the following address

2. You have the choice between several delivery companies to send your return. Keep the tracking number in case of complaint.

3. Our products must be returned in new and undamaged condition, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and accompanied by the labels and stickers affixed to them. We reserve the right not to accept any returns if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

Failure to comply with these Conditions of Sale will give us the right to refuse the returned product and send it back to you, at your expense.

4. All returns will be subject to rigorous control by us to ensure that the returned products comply with these quality requirements. If the products do not meet the conditions, we will refuse the return, and the products will be returned to you at your expense. If the returned product meets the conditions, we will issue an applicable credit or exchange.

5. Products from the “OUTLET” category, sale products as well as products purchased with a promotion code cannot be returned to us for an exchange or credit.

6. As stated in our conditions of sale, we do not provide any refunds for products. If your return meets the conditions, a credit for the amount of the item will be sent to you by email within seven (7) days following receipt of your return in our deposit center.

7. An exchange will be considered as a new order, therefore, delivery costs remain your responsibility
